The Gone World

The first book in a long time that I actively wanted to keep reading. I loved the premise, and the plot, and the themes. The main downside is that it was hard to follow at times, and I’m not sure I could fully plot out the full timeline(s) now if I tried. I mostly just let that wash over me though.

I think one of the reasons it’s so appealing is the idea of fleeing the present to escape to the past - both in the IFTs, and in the ending where there’s a Jumanji style hard reset of everything.
